How do I contact you if I have a question?

Will you confirm my order once it has been placed?
If you are ordering a SUPREME-BEAM, they will be shipped to you per your instructions. We will send you a courtesy email notification when your purchase ships. If you are ordering furniture, we will contact you to confirm your order and provide you with an estimate for shipping, and to notify you approximately one week prior to shipping.
What if I would like to order multiple items and have them shipped to different addresses?
If you wish to have your purchase sent to different addresses, please call our studio at (718) 963-2345, or email steph@katchdesigncompany.com. We will be happy to facilitate your order for you.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrap on all SUPREME BEAMS. The enclosure card will include a message stating that the package is a gift from the purchaser to the recipient. If you have special instructions or a special message, please contact us (see above). Regrettably, furniture purchases can not be gift wrapped.
How long will it take for my SUPREME BEAMS to arrive once I place my order?
If SUPREME BEAMS are in stock, they will typically ship via ground by UPS or Fed Ex the next business day and arrive within 2-7 days within the contiguous United States.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, please contact us with your requirements, and we will expedite your order.
How long will it take for my furniture to arrive once I place my order?
Typical lead times are 6-12 weeks. You will be notified of your current lead time at the time of your purchase. If you would like your order produced on a rush schedule, please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to fulfill them. Surcharges may apply and will be quoted for your approval prior to fabrication.
Who can I speak to if I have a question?
If you would like to speak to someone about our products or a pending order, please call 718-963-2345. Our office is open Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm EST.
How accurate are the color depictions of the materials shown on your website?
The color samples shown on the website are close approximations of the actual materials. Because all computer monitors show color differently, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will match exactly the materials used to fabricate your furniture. If you require an exact match, please contact our office and we will do our best to send you a hard sample.
Is it possible to order furniture in custom sizes or colors?
Yes, we gladly accommodate custom colors whenever possible. Most pieces can be ordered in a custom size as well. Please contact us to inquire and to request a quote.
What if the furniture is too large to fit through the clearances in my house or apartment building?
It is your responsibility to verify that your furniture will clear through the delivery path into the location intended for the piece(s) that you are ordering. In some cases, furniture can be fabricated to be assembled on site. In most instances, for an additional fee, our delivery service can provide an on site inspection if required.
Are your products returnable?
All sales are final. The SUPREME BEAM is not returnable, but can be exchanged for a different color. There will be a nominal shipping fee assessed for exchanges. Please contact us for details. Due to the customized nature of our furniture, all orders are considered FINAL. All pieces are custom made to order and are not cancellable or returnable.
What if I would like to change my order after it has been placed?
SUPREME BEAMS ship within 24 hours if your color preference is in stock. If your color preference is on back order, we will email you with an expected delivery date. If this date is acceptable to you, your credit card will be charged and the order will be considered final. For furniture orders, our craftspeople will begin making your furniture shortly after your order is placed. Therefore, in most cases, it is not possible to make changes to your order. However, please contact us if you wish to change your order and we will gladly accommodate your change if fabrication has not begun.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping for SUPREME BEAMS is charged at checkout and is generally $18 for one and $27/pair. Shipping costs vary by furniture item and location to which it is being shipped. We will provide you with a shipping cost once you place your order. Your order will not be processed until you have received a shipping quote. Shipping will be billed to your credit card prior to delivery.
How can I buy something if I don't want to order with a credit card online?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to make an online purchase. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
